A 49-year-old man from Rhode Island was caught living in the pool house
of Jennifer Lopez's 3 acre home, Water Mills, located in the Hamptons.
Workers called the police when they noticed the intruders presence on
the property. Ms Lopez was not staying at the home at the time. Reports
say that the man had been there for six days. When approached by police
and security he told them that he was J. Lo's ex-husband and the father
or her children. He is currently under psychiatric evaluation.
Lopez field a order of protection against John Dubis of Rhode Island.
Dubis is scheduled to appear in court August 28th to face charges of of
burglary, criminal contempt, stalking and possession of burglar tools.
